Our Fees
Unless specifically requested, we do not time cost and charge for our services, with the exception of some client bookkeeping / business services engagements. We, like any other service or input to your business, are a cost to be controlled. We prefer to work with our clients completing works based on mutually agreed costs and terms.
We do not generally charge for our time to meet, talk on the phone or communicate with you via text or email. We recognise that we need to be both approachable and available to assist our clients with any enquiry.
We will identify where works or projects will be undertaken and be subject to a fee.
We will normally provide a quote, or negotiate a fee, for works to be undertaken. We will normally provide an engagement letter outlining our scope of works and expectations of the parties. That engagement letter will normally include a fee outline and agreement.
A number of our clients prefer to know their yearly costs and to smooth the payment into monthly fees. We are happy to provide annual fee agreements with monthly payments and monthly fee agreements where regular services are ongoing throughout each week, month and year.
We encourage any existing, new or prospective client to speak with us and enquire about costs and fees for any works or engagement. We will always work to find a mutually agreeable fee arrangement to suit the client and the task. Our aim is to offer the best outcome at a fee that reflects the value of the service provided and the results & outcomes achieved, to both the client and ourselves.
